Defects Fixed

1: Resizing the Scanned items window no longer hides buttons behind each other.

2: The Show All Claims tick-box is no longer hidden.

3: The Move Attachment drop down menu is no longer squashed.

4: Post-Code doesn't appear in Previous surname field.

5: Claim File note button now works.

6: The Offer and Billing tab fields operate correctly.

7: Claim Type Option now saves the data correctly.

Known Issues

1: The new search by address from the Royal Mail database does not work in the free versions of SQL as the size of the index is limited.
