Using the System for the First Time

Please note that while using this manual, some of the screen shots may look a little different depending on whether the windows are reduced or at maximum size.

Essential Tasks

Before you can use the system you must set up the following:

1: A new user - See here for instruction.

2: At least one Introducer - See here for instruction.

Running Claims

To run a Claim you must perform the following tasks:

1: Create a new client - Click here for instruction.

Note: Documents are run by selecting actions that also populate the To Do list and manage reminders for further actions.
