Unit Apportionment Summary

This feature enables you to view a Unit Apportionment Summary. Click here for instructions on setting the unit distribution percentages.

Click Search > Properties > select a property and double-click to open the property.

From the Service Charge Expenditure tab select a budget and click Edit.

Click Export Budget To Excel. The budget spreadsheet generates.
