How to enable/disable the Questionnaire Copy function

Open the Config window

1: Click Admin from the menu.

2: Click Config from the drop-down menu, the Config window will open.

Enable/disable the Copy function

1: Click the Claim Form tab, the Claim Form window will open.

2: Click the Misc tab, the Misc. window will open.

3:Tick the check box to enable/disable the Questionnaire Copy function.

4: Click OK to save the setting and close the Config window.
