How to configure client level text boxes

Click on the Config Option in the Main Menu

Within the Claim Form Tab, select the Misc Tab

Add the text you wish to use a labels

(if no text is entered the labels and text boxes are not displayed)

When you next open a client window the client text boxes are displayed at the top of the screen
