How to set the default value of a question in the Questionnaire

Select Claim Types from the Admin menu

Choose a Claim Type and click on the Edit button

Open the Questions tab

Open an existing question

1) Select the question you wish to add a default answer to.

2) Click on the details button to display the question window.

Select the default answer

1) Select the drop down list under the heading 'Default Answer' and select the default answer.

2) Click OK to save
